The Resilience Institute Warsaw was founded in September 2023 by Pawel Pietruszewski, after three decades leading multicultural teams and major business transformations across three continents
What We Value
The Institute was created to connect resilience theory with practice. We combine academic rigour with practical experience to help build adaptive cultures, develop resilient leaders and organisations, and foster responsible operations within planetary boundaries.

Meet The Team

Paweł Pietruszewski
Pawel Pietruszewski, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Kozminski University and founder of the Resilience Institute Warsaw. He unites scholarly insight with operational reality, drawing on 30+ years in international finance and transformation across global organisations in finance, logistics and procurement. His PhD in International Management centred on cultural adaptability and organisational resilience. As a researcher, mentor and coach, he translates evidence into programmes, tools and routines that help organisations adapt, grow and lead responsibly, with operational results.

Ania Roguska
Visual designer based in Warsaw. She's particularly interested in photography, street art/magazine mixed media style, mixing layers and tools. Coffee heavy drinker and restless climber ❀˖°
